Yes, the water is absolutely pure and safe for human consumption. Since we extract water from air, the water starts out cleaner, and the filtration system is extremely effective in removing biological, physical or chemical impurities if any.

There is 12,000 trillion litres of water in the atmosphere at any given time, and water is in a constant hydrological cycle, so it is practically endless.

The AquaBlue water generation process eliminates micro-organisms, including bacteria and viruses via UV sterilization.

The system will produce less water during the day in areas that have low humidity. Please refer to the Water Recovery Chart below. However, it will produce more water at night, due to the dew point factor.

If the machine is properly used and maintained the unit will operate for upto 8-10 years.

Most of the filters need to be replaced every 6 months. All UV lamps and some additional components should be replaced once a year. The cost of replacing these is negligible. The Filter Pack is easy to change and install. The air filter should also be checked once a month and cleaned if necessary.

It depends on where the machine is located and the ambient air quality. You should check it twice a month.

Please switch off the machine if you are away for more than 3-4 days. As a health safety measure, drain out the water tank prior to restarting upon your return.

In the home country, the machines are under warranty for 12 months from date of sale / installation. For other countries, machines are under warranty for 12 months from date of installation or 15 months from date of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
